Culinary Concept
FIVE is a Modern American Restaurant serving classic American fare reinvented with a seasonal California flair. Our menus change weekly inspired by our Chef's visits to the local Farmers’ Market. We proudly support local, organic and sustainable farms and produce, highlighting the bounty of the season in each of our menus.

Cocktail Concepts
Following the lines of a Modern American Restaurant, our approach to mixology embraces classic recipes reinvented with a modern flair.  Enjoy our modern interpretation of the original Moscow Mule, an herbacious spin on the classic gimlet in our Basil Gimlet or our house favorite Shattuck Sour. We highlight an exclusive selection of top local beers on tab as well as an extensive array of boutique liquors to offer our bar patrons an experience to be remembered.

Wine List Concept
We focus on hightlighting the best local vineyard offerings from the California, Washington and Oregon regions. We offer a diverse selection of boutique wines, organic and biodynamic options as well as innovative blends and varietals. Our wine list offers guests an explorative experience through West Coast wines at an affordable price.
